City launches home energy rebates and credits up to $6,200 February 8, 2011
SHINE is a residential weatherization rebate program offering City of Atlanta homeowners (single-family) the ability to receive up to $3,500 in rebates towards qualifying improvements. Improvements include, but are not limited to, duct and air sealing, insulation improvement, caulking, weather-stripping, and window replacement.
