Home Atlanta
The Home Atlanta program is ADA's newest mortgage assistance tool. The program offers a 30-year fixed rate mortgage with rates as low as 3.5%. Borrowers may also receive 5% of the purchase price as an additional incentive under the Opportunity Downpayment Assistance Program which works exclusively with the Home Atlanta first mortgage program.
Atlanta Affordable Homeownership Program (AAHOP)
The “Atlanta Affordable
Homeownership Program (AAHOP)”
provides $10,000 mortgage assistance
in form of a 0% interest rate soft
second mortgage and covers up to
50% of the settlement costs.
Opportunity Downpayment Assistance Program (ODAP)
The “Opportunity Downpayment Assistance Program (ODAP)” provides homebuyers with downpayment assistance of 5% of the sales price at 0% interest rate as
a soft second mortgage.
Vine City Trust Fund Homeownership Assistance Program
The “Vine City/English Avenue Trust
Fund (HOAP)” provides 0% interest
rate loan up to 10% of purchase
price, not to exceed $15,000.
Eastside TAD Affordable Purchase Program
A Community Development Project of the City of Atlanta funded by a grant from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development through the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
