The Housing Finance Division (aka URFA) is the housing development arm of Invest Atlanta, focusing on creating workforce housing and promoting neighborhood revitalization in the City of Atlanta.

Over the past decade, the Housing Finance Team at Invest Atlanta made it possible for 3,900 working families to find quality, affordable rental housing in the city. Since 2000, Invest Atlanta has helped finance 27 multifamily projects with total construction costs over $500 million. Projects received an average of $11.2 million in multifamily tax-exempt bonds from ADA. These apartment projects represent a total of 5,387 total housing units constructed or rehabilitated with 73 percent deemed affordable for working families.
