Do you have a small business and need financing? Are you looking to start a new business? The Small Business Loan Department of the ADA hosts a monthly Small Business Loan seminar which are held the last Wednesday of each month at 5:00pm. Seminars will cover a variety of issues related to acquiring a small business loan.

Attorneys interested in becoming a participating lender for the Homeownership Center of Invest Atlanta are invited to complete the attached application and attend this information session. Seminars will cover the closing and post-closing process for downpayment assistance loans.

Please help us promote our upcoming affordable housing workshop and bus tour to your employees, friends, constituents, readers and networks. This event is free and prospective home buyers will get a chance to tour available properties in Atlanta neighborhoods and learn how to access up to $40,000 in downpayment assistance.
