Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Invest Atlanta and WorkSource Atlanta Launch Students2Startups Program
The City of Atlanta announced the launch of Students2Startups – an initiative of Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Invest Atlanta and WorkSource Atlanta. Developed to help the city continue to build its tech talent pipeline, Students2Startups will subsidize high-potential students, including those from backgrounds underrepresented in the technology industry, for entrepreneurial-focused internships at Atlanta-based startup companies.

New City of Atlanta Program Will Pay Interns to Work At Startups
Students2Startups, a program of Invest Atlanta and Workforce Atlanta, will pay two-thirds of the cost of an intern for eligible Atlanta-based startups. The program will begin with 18 students and 18 startups this summer, with the goal of matching 75 students and startups by 2020.
