1) FOR QUALIFIED ATTORNEYS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ATLANTA HEIRS PROPERTY PREVENTION & RESOLUTION INITIATIVE- PDF

Invest Atlanta (“IA”) and the Urban Residential Finance Authority (URFA) of the City of Atlanta is soliciting competitive, sealed responses from interested and qualified Attorneys or law firms to provide heirs property prevention and resolution services (further described in the Section III Scope of Services). The intent and purpose of this request for qualifications is to identify a pool of Attorneys or law firms that specialize in estate planning and title resolution. The selected attorneys will provide estate planning and title resolution services to qualified residents, aiming to stabilize communities, preserve intergenerational wealth, and prevent the loss of property due to complex ownership issues.

 

2) FOR ABATEMENT SERVICES FOR 33 PRYOR ST. PARKING DECK - PDF

Invest Atlanta (IA) is soliciting competitive, sealed responses (“Responses”) from interested and qualified firms to provide Services to Invest Atlanta’s Team. The intent and purpose of the RFP is to contract with a single firm to provide abatement services for Invest Atlanta (hereinafter, The Project), further described in Section 3 Scope of Work.

Invest Atlanta (IA) is soliciting competitive, sealed responses from interested and qualified firms to provide Web Development Services to Invest Atlanta’s Marketing and Communications Team. The intent and purpose of the RFP is to contract with a single firm to provide website and content management system development, and maintenance services for Invest Atlanta’s primary website , further described in the RFP document.

2) FOR SMALL BUSINESS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS [AWARDED]- PDF

The Atlanta Development Authority d/b/a Invest Atlanta (“Invest Atlanta”) is soliciting responses to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQC”) from interested and qualified service providers to offer small business technical assistance services. Service providers will work with small business one-on-one to provide various services as described in the  RFQC document.

 

3) FOR A DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR 33 PRYOR STREET  [CANCELLED] - PDF

Invest Atlanta is soliciting responses from interested and qualified developers or team of consultants offering Development Management Services for the renovation and upgrading of an existing multi-level parking deck to support the ongoing, major mixed-use commercial redevelopment project at 2 Peachtree and adjacent parcels.

Due to an unforseen emergency, the informational session and site tour, scheduled for January 28, 2025, did not take place as planned. A new date and time for this session will be posted here as soon as possible.

 

2) FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF 1029 MCDANIEL ST. [CLOSED] - PDF

Invest Atlanta is soliciting competitive, sealed responses from interested and qualified development teams for the purpose of purchasing and redeveloping the property at 1029 McDaniel Street, located in the Pittsburgh neighborhood. A single qualified Respondent will be selected to purchase and develop the property as described in Section III Scope of Work with the intent to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement and Development Agreement

 

3) FOR BRAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES [AWARDED]- PDF

Invest Atlanta, on behalf of the City of Atlanta’s Office of Technology and Innovation, is soliciting responses from interested and qualified firms to identify a single firm to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and content strategy that aims to elevate and improve the “Atlanta Tech Hub” brand.
