February 6, 2024, Atlanta, GA – Invest Atlanta’s president and CEO Dr. Eloisa Klementich has been named one of Georgia Trend Magazine's 100 Most Influential Georgians for 2024.
CEO of Invest Atlanta since 2016, Klementich is transforming economic development in the city of Atlanta through strategic initiatives to increase equity and prosperity for all Atlantans. She leads a nationally recognized economic development agency accredited by the International Economic Development Council and has shaped the Invest Atlanta organization around equity to ensure all Invest Atlanta programs focus on this fundamental outcome.
Each year, Georgia Trend publishes the list of 100 Georgians who “represent the best qualities of authority, capability, integrity, and influence the state has to offer,” according to the magazine.
Georgia Trend’s 2024 list of CEOs, educators, doctors, politicians, and heads of nonprofits and economic development organizations, and others were selected as “their work ethic and professionalism are extraordinary, and the impact of their work touches the lives of many Georgians.”

During her time as CEO, Invest Atlanta has made a significant impact on the city of Atlanta’s economy for the residents and businesses the authority serves. This includes facilitating the creation 52,485 new jobs, adding or preserving more than 10,966 affordable housing units, and providing funding to 1,602 small businesses among other accomplishments.
