A recent market research report, Atlanta 2018 Tenant Tech Trends, found that 96% of Atlanta tenants surveyed said access to reliable internet was critical to their success.

Tenants including Amazon, Deloitte, Google, and Salesforce have signed leases in Wired Certified buildings across the country. Prominent local projects such as T3 West Midtown, Atlantic Yards and Northwinds VII are using Wired Certification to ensure the projects are future-proofed and well-connected as they target prominent corporate occupiers for pre-leasing.
