More than 100 attendees came to the West Highlands Open House, where they toured model homes for sale and learned about 20PLUS, the newest Invest Atlanta homebuyer incentive.

The event, held on Saturday, September 30, showcased newly-constructed, affordable homes available for sale to prospective 20PLUS participants in West Highlands, an award-winning, Brock Built master planned community in West Midtown. On the tour, visitors saw single-family homes and townhomes, as well as the area’s walking paths, playgrounds, and open greenspaces.

20PLUS offers 20% of the home purchase price towards your down payment and closing costs, and may be compatible with down payment assistance programs offered by Invest Atlanta community partners.

At the open house tour, mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and Invest Atlanta Homeownership Center specialists were available to share resources to assist homebuyers achieve and maintain affordable, intown living with 20PLUS. Invest Atlanta also hosted a special Homebuyer Q & A Session for helpful information about 20PLUS and other incentives that help reduce down payment and closing costs for prospective homebuyers.
