2014 Downtown Façade Improvement Awardees

In early 2014, Invest Atlanta launched a grant program to fund quality of life projects in Downtown and adjacent communities by providing technical assistance and grants to property and business owners within the Eastside and Westside TADs for the rehabilitation of commercial facades. Individual projects will be launched pending final negotiations with applicants and review of the proposed enhancements. The planned enhancements will touch commercial, retail and live/work developments and will leverage the private investments of the property owners to fund the projects.
