ATLANTA – August 27, 2021 – Invest Atlanta kicked off its Reimagine Opportunity program on Aug. 24, 2021, with a cohort of 13 Atlanta small business owners.
The no-cost, 12-week program, that runs through November, will help business owners manage disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and grow--covering topics including: managing financial statements, utilizing artificial intelligence, e-commerce, leading a remote team, raising capital, marketing, branding, legal, search engine optimization, and cyber security.
“As a part of the One Atlanta: Economic Mobility, Recovery and Resiliency plan, we made a commitment to equity, and this program further demonstrates our action to ensure all Atlantans are positioned to sustain themselves and grow,” said Bonika Wilson, chief equity and inclusion officer of Invest Atlanta. “We are excited about the impact this program will have for these business owners and our city.”
Reimagine Opportunity is supported by The Rockefeller Foundation, with a curriculum provided by the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).
