The Atlanta Development Authority d/b/a Invest Atlanta (hereinafter “Invest Atlanta”) invites Business Consultants to provide their qualifications to help small business owners in Atlanta build wealth by investing in assets such as commercial space, façade improvement, equipment, and technology. The purpose of this RFQ is to provide technical assistance consulting to small businesses to support them with asset ownership and asset protection.
This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Atlanta Open for Business Fund is issued by Invest Atlanta to select a Vendor or Firm that will assist with creating a pilot program that will ultimately include the identification and acquisition of commercial real estate for long term affordable commercial retail space and thereby address the fourth component: Commercial Ownership Growth of the overall program.
Invest Atlanta is issuing an RFP for Financial Audit Services for each of the next five (5) fiscal
years ending June 30, 2022 through June 30, 2026.
The Atlanta Development Authority d/b/a Invest Atlanta is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified developers and local non-profits for a ground lease to redevelop and preserve the historic structure of 594 University Place NW, Atlanta, GA, formally the home of Grace Towns Hamilton to provide an educational, community asset for Vine City and overall Westside neighborhoods.
Update: Due to the current public safety emergency caused by the COVID-19 virus, as identified by Governor Kemp’s Executive Order 04.02.20.01 and Mayor Bottoms’ Executive Order 2020-22, Invest Atlanta has suspended its Request for Proposals dated March 30, 2020, in connection with the redevelopment of 594 University Place, NW, Atlanta, Georgia (the “594 University Place RFP”). Invest Atlanta will not currently accept any and will reject all responses to the 594 University Place RFP until such time as Invest Atlanta lifts the suspension and reissues the 594 University Place RFP. Invest Atlanta will notify the public via its website when the suspension is lifted and the 594 University Place RFP is again active.
