1) FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES -- PDF

Invest Atlanta is soliciting responses to the Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from interested and qualified business consultants to offer small business technical assistance services as part of the Wells Fargo Open for Business Program.

 

2) FOR ATTORNEYS TO PARTICIPATE IN SINGLE FAMILY LENDING PROGRAM -- PDF

Invest Atlanta is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") from interested and qualified attorneys and law firms wishing to provide single-family real estate closing services in connection with the administration of down-payment assistance programs.

 

3) FOR THE DISPOSITION & REDEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 7.5 ACRES LOCATED IN THE VINE CITY NEIGHBORHOOD

4) FOR A QUALIFIED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION TO SERVE AS THE CAPITAL FUNDRAISER FOR A
CITYWIDE ANTI-DISPLACEMENT TAX FUND -- PDF

Invest Atlanta, through the DDA, is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from interested and qualified non-profit and/or for-profit organizations (each, a “Respondent”) seeking to administer a Citywide Pilot Anti-Displacement Tax Fund (the “Program”). Contracted services will include ongoing fundraising, community engagement and educating residents, reviewing applicant eligibility and awarding tax relief benefits to residents on an annual basis.

 

5) FOR A QUALIFIED ORGANIZATION TO ADMINISTER A CITYWIDE ANTI-DISPLACEMENT TAX FUND -- PDF

Invest Atlanta invites individuals, non-profit organizations, and commercial entities to share their ideas for the first five floors--over 100,000 sqft in total--that could house a variety of businesses, non-profits, retailers, and other compelling community-focused uses.

7) FOR QUALIFIED DEVELOPERS AND INVESTORS TO CONVERT THE OFFICE BUILDINGS AT TWO PEACHTREE AND 14 MARIETTA ST NW -- PDF

The Atlanta Development Authority D/B/A Invest Atlanta is pleased to invite qualified developers and investors (together “Respondents”) to a historic opportunity to convert the office buildings at Two Peachtree and 14 Marietta St NW, and potentially reimagine the plaza at One Peachtree, Atlanta, Georgia the “Property”). 

 

8) DETAILED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO EXECUTE AN ADAPTIVE REUSE AND OPERATION OF THE BUILDINGS LOCATED AT 2 PEACHTREE STREET AND 14 MARIETTA STREET -- PDF

This Request for Proposal for Qualified Developers & Investors to Convert the Office Buildings at 2 Peachtree and 14 Marietta is being made available on Invest Atlanta’s website for informational purposes only.  As previously announced, only Qualified Respondents selected through the Request for Qualified Developers for 2 Peachtree Street and 14 Marietta, released on April 28, 2023, are eligible to respond. 9) FOR VERIFICATION AGENT SERVICES -- PDF

The Downtown Development Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia ("DOA" or "Invest Atlanta") is seeking responses from interested and qualified consultants or teams of consultants to provide Project Verification Agent Services to DDA in its oversight, inspection, review, approval, confirmation and ascertaining of any and all aspects of the redevelopment activity known as "The Gulch Project", being undertaken in downtown Atlanta.
