FOR ATTORNEYS TO PARTICIPATE IN SINGLE FAMILY LENDING PROGRAM (PDF)
The Atlanta Development Authority d/b/a Invest Atlanta (“Invest Atlanta”) is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from interested and qualified attorneys and law firms wishing to provide single-family real estate closing services in connection with the administration of down-payment assistance programs. Services will also include providing title issuance and real estate services in connection with the administration of property acquisitions and land assemblage projects as may be requested. Each project will be under the purview of Invest Atlanta or its related entity the Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (“URFA”).
Will firms in operation less than 2 years be considered?
Yes, however this will be reflected in the scoring for the firm’s experience.
Is there an example RFP submission available for review?

The Atlanta Development Authority d/b/a Invest Atlanta is soliciting responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified developers and local non-profits for a ground lease to redevelop and preserve the historic structure of 594 University Place NW, Atlanta, GA, formally the home of Grace Towns Hamilton to provide an educational, community asset for Vine City and overall Westside neighborhoods.
Update: Due to the current public safety emergency caused by the COVID-19 virus, as identified by Governor Kemp’s Executive Order 04.02.20.01 and Mayor Bottoms’ Executive Order 2020-22, Invest Atlanta has suspended its Request for Proposals dated March 30, 2020 in connection with the redevelopment of 594 University Place, NW, Atlanta, Georgia (the “594 University Place RFP”). Invest Atlanta will not currently accept any and will reject all responses to the 594 University Place RFP until such time as Invest Atlanta lifts the suspension and reissues the 594 University Place RFP. Invest Atlanta will notify the public via its website when the suspension is lifted and the 594 University Place RFP is again active.
