Economic Mobility, Recovery & Resiliency Plan
The City of Atlanta and Invest Atlanta have adopted a new economic development strategy for the city. The One Atlanta: Economic Mobility, Recovery & Resiliency Plan establishes clear objectives to achieve better economic and social outcomes for Atlanta residents, primarily black and brown communities where low household income and high rates of poverty and unemployment persist.

Measures of Success & Key Performance Indicators
Implementing the One Atlanta: Economic Mobility, Recovery & Resiliency Plan and delivering its objectives will require patience, time and resources from Invest Atlanta and WorkSource Atlanta. The following output and outcome-focused key performance indicators (KPIs) were designed to monitor the operations of Invest Atlanta. These KPIs are aligned with indicators used by several of Atlanta’s leading nonprofits and foundations, so all agencies will be working towards the same goals.
