4% LIHTC Inducement Application Notice

Invest Atlanta is now accepting 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Inducement Applications. Applications must be submitted to Invest Atlanta on or before Friday, July 17, 2026. Applicants are encouraged to submit all required documentation by the deadline to ensure timely review and consideration.
